love the app, it would be nice to see more colorful plants and sea life in the screen and maybe even some sounds of the dolphins and the ocean...

Wow, much better than the lite version! Switching to the Dynamic camera sends you sweeping over the landscape with the dolphins, and Observation mode is wonderful! The music is very enjoyable too. Also a great app for those scientist-types who like to observe detail! I have a LOT of cataloging to do...

For the price, these apps are a great deal. This one and Earth 3D are my favorites. They will relax you and make you feel like you have the greatest computer ever. I am running it right now on a mid-2009 Macbook Pro 13" 2.26 Core Duo and it works great. No noticable slowing of the computer and the graphics are perfect.

I think this App is great. I use it all the time on my Macbook Pro. I have it where it starts on login and runs until I turn it off. I love the music but sometimes it gets over powering. I am currently attending college online for Compute Animation BS degree. This inspires me so very much because someday soon this is what I will be capable of doing. The graphic details and animation is great. I can almost tell you how they were made and what makes them swim. I use all the animation, modeling, and graphic programs that is use to create this App every day. Can not wait to see just how well I can re-create this in the near future. Dolphins also have been my lifes savior at different times of struggle and defeat. They can inspire anyone when all your needing is a little sernity in your life. The dolphins protray the peace, calmness, and destiny to keep moving forward in this time and age as the world is always changing but they will stay the same.

I especially love the moving camera. The dolphin sounds are ever present even when you open another application. App is worth every penny!

Well, I guess I was expecting more. The colors are dull, the dolphins are dull and to me it just didt have any wow factor. Even though I paid for it, I decided it wasnt worth taking up space on my new Retina display MacBook Pro. I was looking for something that would show off the display and this definitely wasnt it. Im being careful on what I put on this computer because I didnt go all out and buy the large capacity storage. I think if I had lots of space, I might have kept it for using once in a while, but its just not what I was looking for.

Love the animated wall paper. The graphics are great, it is almost like having your own aquarium. Definitely worth the $2.00.

Its probably the most beautiful, scenic and entertaining application ever. I am so glad to have found it and enjoy it every day. It is so superb there is no comparison. Love it.

3D Dolphins is easily the best living wallpaper I have found. It is perfect for a screen background; it isnt overly busy or bright. This wallpaper is incredible on a high-resolution iMac screen. Check out the free version; you have to appreciate the work that went into designing and coding such an amazing application. Highly recommended!

This app is wonderful. The graphics are awesome. Well worth the $3!!!!!

The same image is mirrored on each of my monitors - not really the behavior I would expect.

I have other alarms that do the trick, but my computer turning on in the morning and some fun squeaking dolphins are a nice invitation to get up and check my mail.

I started my love affair with the Dolphin Apps by getting Dolphin Lite and didnt think it could get better. Well, it did with Dolphins 3D. I love how I can interact with their world. The music and their cheeps are soothing and fun. Great app! Ive told all my friends and they think the same thing.

The graphics are spectacular. Have not found any problems. Runs flawlessly! Well worth the couple of bucks.

This application is absolutely amazing. Words alone cant even begin to describe the quality and calming effects of this application. I suffer from PTSD, as well as severe depression and chronic anxiety disorder, for which I take various prescription medications, none of which does anything more than give me an unpleasant sedating, hazy feeling. Before switching from a Windows PC to my Mac, I hade come across a similar software application that, according to the sales hype, essentially does the same thing as this one, except with orca whales rather than dolphins. The quality of the Windows software was fairly good, but because of the amount of memory it used up, the quality declined significently, and basically made it impossible to launch other applications. I finally had to uninstall it, which sucked considering how it cost me somewhere around $50. I have always loved dolphins, especially killer whales. So much, in fact, that I co-founded a Seattle based non-profit organization that helped spread awareness of the rapidly declining Southern Resident orca populations. As you can imagine, I was very disappointed that the $50/PC live wallpapper/screensaver didnt work. A few months after I made the switch to the Mac, I found this application. Given the low price, combined with my previous experience with live wallpaper type software, I was doubtful that this app would be any better, especially at a cost of only $3.00. Figuring I had little to lose, I went ahead and bought it. The quality of the graphics blew me away. First of all, the movements of the dolphins flow so naturally, its difficult not to think youre watching actual dolphins. The sound effects are also top notch, and I really like the audio settings that allow you to turn on/off the various sound effects, such as the music and dolphin vocalizations. While not everyone interested in purchasing this application will suffer from disorders such as anxiety and depression, the relaxing qualities of running this as live wallpaper (or even as a screen saver or in observation mode) are, at least for me, far more effective than any prescription medication. What anti-anxiety drugs havent been able to do for me, this application has. The calming effect is so great, I often find myself in an almost deep meditative trance, just by staring at my desktop. Using this application has significently lowered my stress level, allowing me to be more productive, and generally much happier than Ive been in a long time. How the developers of this application can possibly offer this for only $3.00, I dont know. Given all the features, and the extremely high production quality, I would be willing to pay $50, or even a hundred. Even with the amount of money that I essentially wasted on self-help books, meditation tools, and all of the other products and services Ive tried out of utter frustration and desperation, this application far exeeds them all in its ability to treat my conditions and provide quality of life benefits. I STRONGLY advise anyone who loves dolphins, or wishes to lower their stress level, or just be blown away by quality graphics and sound, to immediately click the buy button and share in the experience that I, and so many other reviewers, have been privledged to enjoy!

Really like this screen saver, like the sounds and the observation mode… Very pleased with it.

Just a bunch of dolphins swimming in the ocean. Simple - and very nice.

This is a great app. It uses a bit of battery but that is fine. The graphics are amazing and fun to just sit and watch. I use it all the time on my mac.
